1. Money back guarantee
If you are not entirely satisfied with your issue of HerStoria, simply email customer.service@herstoria.com, phone 0151 324 3250, or use our feedback form, within 30 days, including your name and address, and we will refund your payment immediately - and you can keep your first issue with our compliments. Note that we will refund the cost of the most expensive magazine you purchase.
2. Privacy and security
All online payment processing is handled safely and securely by our payment partner PayPal. When you click a 'Buy Now' button you will be taken to the PayPal website to complete the transaction - payments are made to 'Jones5 Publishing Limited'. Herstoria Magazine and Jones5 Publishing Limited do not handle or store any of your credit card or debit card details.
3. Payment by cheque.
UK bank account holders may also pay by cheque - just follow the instructions when you order online.
4. Payment by online banking or telephone banking
UK bank account holders may also pay by bank transfer using their online or telephone banking systems - just select payment by bank transfer and follow the instructions. Payment by this means we save some banking fees so we can pass on a small discount as follows:
- Payments up to £10 - save 25p.
- Payments up to £20 - save 50p.
- Payments over £20 - save 75p.
